Click Survey is a free survey tool from Click eCommerce that helps you collect feedback and understand your customers. Create questionnaires, share a survey link or send invitations after an event on your website, then review responses in one place.
Click Survey is free to use. It brings survey creation, automated invitations and response exports together so you can turn feedback into useful next steps.
What can you do with Click Survey?
- Build flexible surveys: Choose from short and long text, multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdowns, yes/no questions and ratings. Mark important questions as required.
- Ask relevant follow-up questions: Use conditional questions to show a follow-up only when an earlier answer matches your chosen condition.
- Make surveys your own: Add a title, introduction, logo, footer text and a thank-you message.
- Share a public link: Give respondents a direct link to an active survey, ready to share on your website or through a QR code.
- Automate email invitations: Connect a website event, such as a completed booking or purchase, to a survey and choose when the invitation should be sent.
- Send individual invitations: Send a one-off invitation to a selected recipient without setting up an automation rule.
- Review and export feedback: Read responses, export results as CSV, and check invitation delivery history and completion status.
How it works
- Sign in with your administrator account and create a survey.
- Add your questions and any conditional follow-ups, then activate the survey.
- Share its public link, send an individual invitation or connect a website event.
- Review incoming responses and export your results for further analysis.
Connect feedback to your website
Click Survey can receive events from WordPress, Node.js and other websites with a compatible server connection. For example, a configured booking-completion event could schedule a feedback invitation for the following day. Website integration requires developer setup; it is not enabled automatically when you create a survey.
Getting access
Creating and managing surveys requires an administrator account. Public self-registration is not available on the current installation. If you need access or help connecting your website, contact Click eCommerce. Respondents can complete an active survey through its shared link or their invitation.
Public links can accept multiple submissions. Private email invitations allow one completed response per invitation and expire 30 days after the scheduled send time. Invitation emails include an unsubscribe option.
